We have a wide selection of pieces that you can choose from, or you can provide us with the material.
We will work closely with you every step of the way, ensuring that the final product meets your expectations.
The Process:
To begin, please fill out this form. Tell us your name, what type of pieces you are interested in purchasing, and the date you will need your piece by.
We will then contact you within 24 hours about your order. Pricing depends on the design, size and shape of the piece. Once the details of the order are finalized a proposal will be sent out to you. Once approved a deposit of 25% of the order is then required.
A sample of your product will then be created and sent out to you via email. Only after it is approved will we then continue to finish the rest of the order. Once the sample is approved the remaining balance is to be paid in full.
Depending on the design of your piece we will need approx. 14 days to complete your order. Once completed, we will carefully package up your pieces and ship them out to you through one of our insured carriers. A tracking number will be provided and you can follow your customized pieces along their journey to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
Since each piece is hand painted – no 2 pieces are the same. We make it our mission to create high quality durable products that will meet your needs and expectations.
We therefore do not accept any returns on customized or personalized pieces.
