The Process:
To begin, please fill out this form. Tell us your name, what type of pieces you are interested in purchasing, and the date of the event.
We will then contact you within 24 hours about your order. Pricing depends on the design, size and shape of the piece, as well as the design of the monogram. Once the details of the order are finalized a proposal will be sent out to you. Once approved a deposit of 25% of the order is then required.
A sample of your product will then be created and sent out to you via email. Only after it is approved will we then continue to finish the rest of the order. Once the sample is approved the remaining balance is to be paid in full.
Depending on the design of your piece we will need approx. 14 days to complete your order. Once completed, we will carefully package up your pieces and ship them out to you through one of our insured carriers. A tracking number will be provided and you can follow your customized pieces along their journey to you.

Since each piece is hand painted – no 2 pieces are the same. We make it our mission to create high quality durable products that will meet your needs and expectations.
We therefore do not accept any returns on customized or personalized pieces.
